Refund/Exchange Policy

We offer 30 days refund/exchange on all products returned with a merchandise authorization. (RMA)
Prior to return of products, please call customer service to obtain an authorization number, within 30 days of purchase.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit order cancellation by writing to cancelorders@abjacosmetics.com or call 404.615.0011 within 24 hours of ordering products.
Email cancellation must include name of purchaser, address, order #, and email address. Information must be consistent with information submitted at the time of purchase. Please provide a phone number if there is need to contact you to obtain additional information regarding your order cancellation. If order has not been charged/ and or shipped every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order. If cancellation was done via email phone and products were shipped after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. If cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, merchandise total, less shipping will be refunded.

Shipping Cost

Customer assumes all shipping costs to us and we assume the cost in shipping back to our customers. All replacement products are shipped UPS ground, unless rush shipment is requested. The cost of shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
